Our annual conference is the best way to stay up to date on sunapsis and connect with fellow users. We are excited to host our conference in Cambridge this year near our host institution, Massachusetts Institute of Technology!

Our knowledgeable support specialists and developers provide hands-on training. Register for one of our two-day interactive workshops and walk away with a better understanding of checklist configuration or e-forms customized for your office.
E-Form Workshop: We show you the ins and outs of creating online forms.
Checklist Workshop: Analyze your current practices, identify what the checklist workflow tool can do for your institution, and learn how to build checklists that will improve your office workflow.
Tech Workshop: Come spend a couple of days developing a custom subsystem in sunapsis, using our pluggable custom components. Learn about custom tables and dataobjects, alerts, wildcards, reports, email services, and e-form extensions.

Workshop Registration — $300 per person, per workshop (includes lunch each day)

We’re thrilled to visit the East Coast where we have so many client institutions nearby! Each year we invite sunapsis users across the nation to this collaborative training, support, and networking event. Engage in hands-on workshops, presentations, and discussions to discover current best practices in international student and scholar services. Gain the most up-to-date knowledge and expertise to proactively manage your international population.

Conference registration includes three breakfasts, two lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and two receptions.

MIT will be hosting sunapsis conference delegates for an opening celebration reception on Sunday evening to welcome us to their campus for the week. Be sure to book a slightly earlier flight to attend! More details about time and location to come!

Call for Sessions

User-led presentations have provided incredible insight into best practices and allows for interactive discussions that lead to new ways of thinking and new system functionality! If you would like to present at this year's conference, please fill out this form and submit it to gthiebe@iu.edu by July 12, 2017.
This year the sunapsis Team is excited to bring you sessions full of business process best practices, technical information, and upcoming, MAJOR changes to the system.
The sunapsis v4.0 sessions will be concurrent to the other topics below with some exceptions when we will all meet for a keynote. We encourage you to send several staff members so that you don't miss a thing! If you don't see a topic that you would like covered, please email gthiebe@iu.edu.
